Don't let him get extractions, if they ask choose expansion. Say you/he wants to keep all of his teeth and just make room for them. Also tell him to say he has trouble nose breathing

does he need a wider face? how much could horizontal expansion bring his face forward?

Do not talk to me like that you fucking subhuman piece of garbage
40,000 posts on a cope forum… keep it up brodie, you’re really a winner in life. i wanna say something to you but the amount of activity your have on this shit shows how much of a loser you are. spamming slurs and calling people subhuman ain’t gonna make you feel loved brodie. the only reason you on this website is because you connect with other losers who also feel isolated and alone. it’s a cope community where all the losers who can’t and won’t do shit in life blame it on how they look. but hey, next time i’ll talk to you with more respect. i hope you find a genuine connection with another human soon

does he have an overbite? if there is, ask to fix it with a herbst appliance

it fixes it through pulling the lower jaw forward and keeping it in that position, as opposed to molding the upper teeth back in alignment with the bottom teeth with traditional braces

Tell your brother to chew gum, he needs to chew gum religiously while his growth plates are still open.

Chewing doesn't get talked about enough, I have a narrow palate because I ate soft foods and didn't chew in my youth.

my ramus is very short at 16, i fear he is going to have this problem aswell… what should he be doing now? along with our genetics giving us an atrocious eye area… what should he do.

Mew + Chew gum + eat a healthy clean diet. Also fix your sleep schedule if it's bad, you need 10 hours of sleep at your age.

That's what I wish I had done in my youth to maximize my bone development.

Also PLAY SPORTS, I didn't play any sports and just video game rotted and was fat in highschool which lowered my test and height.

My Brother is 6'4 and he played sports and ate clean diet, while I ate slop garbage and played video games all day and I'm 5'11 and recessed.

his sleep is good, he just started the gym with my dad, but he eats like shit. he doesn’t eat any meat whatsoever and he rarely eats vegetables.

is he on a slop diet? I was about to say that as long as he gets his protein in, that's the most important thing, but no red meat is concerning

I think your top priority at the moment should be trying to get protein into him and then you can integrate veggies slowly as he gets used to his new diet.

and if he just started the gym with his dad, you and your father could explain to him that going to the gym without getting adequate protein is essentially useless. I think that'll convince him to start eating meat

what the other guy said is correct though, you should 100% encourage him to play sports, specifically ones that are HIIT based so he releases whatever natural HGH he has (before he inevitably starts injecting it  )

I also recommend giving this a read

on a side note too: his ramus actually isn't that short. the perceived height of your ramus is seen based on the bottom of the ear; your actual ramus length is measured from the top. based on the photo you sent, his ramus is actually quite decent, but his ears are just extremely low set. people's ears can vary in how low/high set they are just like eyebrows.

look at barrett for example: low set ears but tall ramus

Who has the better side profile v0 eci8l0qy6psc1 4
Who has the better side profile v0 eci8l0qy6psc1 3

people will look from the bottom of the ear, see the red line and assume his ramus is short, but no, the blue line is what his actual ramus height is.

considering you're brothers, you probably have similar bone structure so you likely have ears + ramus similar to his

thats amazing i didnt know that…this is the case for him, although i dont believe it be the case for me, if you dont mind looking at my previous posts and analyzing my ramus, ill talk to him more, ive put him on protein shakes but hes gotta like some chicken nuggets or something if the sorts of good tasting meat. that thread is interesting, i have a 4 year old brother aswell, ill try and incorporate some of those into him, starting with mewing and lifting. if i were to pin at 16 with not a lot of money, what would you recommend, i only care about bone growth and I cannot get it at the expense of my fertility or IQ as i believe those are more important than any bones
