yeah tbh it took me a long ass time to get this lean, I should be below 10% by christmas tho. You do need to starve if you want to get seriously lean tbh.

It's going surprisingly slow for me, I either can't count calories or there's smth wrong with me, but I think it's the first cause I think I'm on like 1500 calories per day but I pretty much never feel hungry during day, only at night. Btw how much do you weigh and at what height?

I weigh around 160 at 6’2. You won’t be able to lose significant weight quickly enough on that many calories. You gotta go <1000 if you truly wanna starvemaxx.

how do I keep good levels of protein with that, 300 grams of meat is like 450 calories alone

protein doesn’t matter that much, go for 3 eggs/day to keep your cholesterol and choline high so your test stays high

I already got little muscle, like I only curl 15 kg, bench not too much too. You lost a lot of muscles when starving?

I already got little muscle, like I only curl 15 kg, bench not too much too. You lost a lot of muscles when starving?
I look bigger if anything, muscle definition helps
