Yes you have to change that too but it's more imperative to shorten midface somehow to accomodate the fact that the maxilla should rotate CCW for a lower gonial angle on that person's face.

No suppose he were to go through a second puberty, to increase ramus length and lower gonial angle, his midface would get shorter. So on his particular face, his midface should get shorter. Yes it's already short relative to other people and relative to his IPD but the maxilla practically would still have to rotate CCW to achieve that lower gonial angle. This is why I think the morph looks a bit uncanny, and why most morphs of the ramus/gonial angle do.
No. His jaw becoming larger would not require that his midface become shorter. Midface length is determined by nose length and philtrum length. Mandible does not play a role in that.
