1200 calories per day is perfectly fine for leanmaxing.

And keto is extremely unhealthy shit that skyrockets your cortisole and destroys your blood vessels. All keto/carnivore/low carbs fags are retarded

It's a a perfect way to kill your thyroids and metabolism. Guys at Minnesota Starvation Experiment ate 1500 calories
Muh kill thyroid and metabolism. You will 100% drop weight at 1200 calories, even 1500, yes. Your thyroid is extremely resilient. 1200-1500 works for cutting perfectly well.

You’re the retard. You’re on a cut. Having nutritionally empty carbs is moronic.

I usually buy it once a week and consume a good amount of it raw. I don’t like the taste tbh so i just chug it down with water. I’m not doing it for taste anyway.
How much do you consume per week? Personally, I go for around 100g weekly, that’s usually when my body starts craving it tbh.

It took another 6 months to recover and only one who ate 4000+ calories has recovered completely
think he'll only be doing it for a few weeks so it wouldn't be that bad

I always said these to keto fags "Inject 100 ME of insulin and don't take any "empty" carbs. I'll see how your body doesn't need carbs"

Yes, also 100g a week for me. It’s cheap asf since no one out here buying liver so i just buy it fresh and eat it.

Well, I think it depends. People thrive on different diets, not everyone needs to eat raw meat like Goatis says to feel good, lol. I believe it’s important to study human evolution before jumping to conclusions. For me, it doesn’t make sense to load up on huge amounts of carbs every day, and I don’t think that’s optimal for most people.

That said, I don’t see carbs as the enemy either. From what I understand, even if we were to eat mostly meat and fat like hunter-gatherers did, we’d still consume some carbs from the glycogen in freshly killed animals. Even the Inuits aren’t in ketosis all the time due to their enlarged livers.

Boxing yourself into strict categories like keto, carnivore, or vegan isn’t the right mindset. The focus should be on eating the most nutrient-dense foods, which, in the end, come from animals.

I agree. I don’t think carbs should be avoided like they are some poison because of muh randle cycle or some BS. The carb intake of the average person however is way more than it should be by a large amount IMO. And their carbs are just filled with sugar and 0 nutrition (cereals, breads, chocolates etc) When not cutting I try stick to not exceed 100g a day, usually slightly less since I do focus more on having high fat and protein intake.

Great to see someone with a similar approach to eating and an open mind, lol. Let me know how your leanmaxxing turns out when you finish your cut.

Eat 1200 calories (which is legit 4’11 female tier calories) from actual nutrient dense food sources:
  • liver
  • beef / red meats
  • eggs
  • butter
  • raw cheese
  • etc
You are still getting far, far more nutrition than 99% of the population, despite the low calories.

Low calories =/= malnutrition

Malnutrition will happen even with high calories, if your food choices are shit. It’s about nutrients, not calories.

Most normies diet consists of high carb, empty calories:
  • cereal / oats (0 nutrients)
  • pasta (0 nutrients)
  • protein powder (0 nutrients)
  • bread (0 nutrients)
  • chocolates (0 nutrient)
all of which, are completely nutritionally empty. They consume that daily.

They do consume some nutritious foods, like chicken etc. But remove all the “fluff” and empty calories from their diet, and your basically left with ~1200 calories of foods with actual nutrients (if they hit their daily protein intake, not from protein powder)

They can consume 2500 calories daily, with less, or at most, the same nutrition than 1200 calories of nutrient dense foods.

Example:
Say I added 400g of rice to my 1200 calorie diet. I would be at roughly 1700-1800 which is a generally acceptable amount to cut at. What have you gained? Absolutely fuck all. 0 nutritional benefit, you’ve just decreased your deficit by 500/600 calories for absolutely no gain. Congratulations. That’s a whole entire day of deficit on standard “subtract 500 from your maintenance” diet.

If you eat properly, there isn’t anything wrong nutritionally with 1200 calories (for a short period like a month) if you’re trying to leanmax quickly.

TLDR: 500 calorie deficit my ass. Remove the fluff and empty calories, eat with high nutrient density, get the essential fats and proteins, and leanmax quickly so you can end your misery (of being in a deficit and being fat).
More cardio+ more you can eat don’t starve yourself there’s ways to eat a shit ton and even be in a slight calories surplus and still lose fat and drop weight
