I've eaten 150g protein a day since 2020, I'm 5'9 150lbs trying to lose weight and get very lean. If I go down to 120g protein a day will I lose alot of muscles? Trying to add more carbs instead because protein never satisfies my hunger. I go to the gym and do clavicular split Push day quads Pull days hamstrings. I bench 285lbs for 5 reps, hammer curls with 80lbs dumbells my arms are my strongest muscles so decent strenght I would say but I still don't have abs
