I’m 18 bro, I went to school in a nice place, so I can’t talk for everyone but before we could even speak English we would always try to speak English, because we always watched American YouTubers and wanted to be American, I was one of the first ones to learn English, but most people I know were able to learn it fluently by the age that I am now
