you know that mire than 1mg (pretty sure everything after 0.5mg) of melatonin is less beneficial? Everything above is placebo, look at the studies bro. Also Im a benzo addict dont take more than 0.5mg xanax or you might get addicted for years

Yup. Doesn’t make me fall asleep fast. I can take twice the required dose and it’ll make me feel decently sleepy a couple hours later, but it doesn’t knock me out cold. I can easily stay awake. I’ll take it a couple hours before I desire to sleep.
