My face looks a bit puffy cause of my surgery i had on my neck 2 months ago it was a tumor removal so its a pretty long scar

eyes aren't deep set, nose looks a bit bulbous, eyebrows are too arched. probs ltn at the moment
 
Hltn or lmtn stay clean shaven until your stache grows in fuller
