im a fat lazy nigga, id like advice on workout and diet, i know that i should be in a 500 calorie deficit and that by just existing ill burn 1999 calories so i need to eat 1100 calories meanwhile eating 189 grams of protein (im 189 pounds in the retard system) any simple low budget diet is appreciated or even any workout advice (maybe spriting?):soy::blackpill:

an aggressive cut at your age will stunt your growth as you will lack certain important nutrients.
Just cut your calories slightly (200-300 under maintenance) and work out A LOT.

intermittent fasting, and incline treadmill and/or just walk a lot, like a lot, and ofc workout

Just go walk for 10k steps, that will burn another 500 calories. If you want to sprint then do it, it can increase testosteron plus its good.
Doing extended fasts (24-48h) can also help you lose wait but they can be hard for beginners

Eat around 2500 but make sure to move a lot. You don’t want to stunt your growth because of a calorie defecit.

that’s why I said to make sure you get a lot of activity in, doesn’t really matter if it’s weightlifting, long walks, football etcetra. If you’re active for like 1-2 hours a day you can burn a good 600 calories

you tall for 13 ngl. Body recomp at the gym. You dont have to eat 189 g of protien Youeat using your goal weight first of all and you eat 0.6g per pound so eat like 100 to 125. Easy ascension ngl.

problem is i eat 2500 i burn 600, 1900 for my tdee im at my maintenance, i eat 1500 for now

You definitely don’t need that much protein, you’ll be good with like 120
 
sprinting doesn't burn fat, jogging, walking fast on uphill, swimming does. Just cut all the crap out of your diet and focus on eating healthy food, don't starve yourself at such young age. 1500 cal at 13 is under what your body needs for growth and muscle development IMO
