The first year was simple soft maxing and simply being lean, I experimented with skincare brands and just dying my eyebrows and hair, changing the hairstyle as well etc. Over the last year or so I started to take things more serious and fix my diet, at first I changed to a cooked meat, eggs, dairy diet with fruit and my acne was still bad and when I cut out fruit my acne noticeably fixed. Finally over the last 6-8 months I went fully raw meat, eggs, dairy but added the fruit back in and now have no issues with it. I have started peptides no anabolics yet just hgh secretagogues such as cjc no dac, ipamorelin, mk-677. And also others such as bpc-157, ghkcu, etc. I gained around 20 pounds of lean mass in less than 4 months only training upper body no legs just from a good diet, optimal sleep, recovery, training and lifestyle.
