think of takin an aromatase inhibitor as sustained igf1 elevation can cause bone maturation which when interacting with estrogen can cause early plate closure, this likely isn't an overly large issue for you at 14 but could become more apparent as u get older, do ur own research tho don't fuck ur hormones

it wont keep your plates open lmao. do a moderate dose of aromatase inhibitors to prolong your plates being open (moderate doses if you're not using roids, you need more AI's if you are)

I'd say maybe 6mg aromasin EOD, and hgh/ghrp's for actually stimulating your bones to grow
