wait no nvm i just remeasured 19in jfl. indian. just did some framemaxxing exercises like lat raise, wide pullup. just optimised homrone naturally good diet, lifestyle

ye lats r very good to train ive heard. ye avoid deadlift etc shit too which can widen hip. abs ive never rlly trained as u get them just by leanmaxx
