was talking more skin like beta carotene and for eyes since ur white u can wear any contacts bascially

proper posture (tongue, back, neck, etc), eat clean, consistent sleep schedule & sleepmaxxing (there r threads here for it)

small lower third will probably get addressed via puberty can ez be HTN at 16-18
does going to bed on weekdays at 10 and on weekends like 2-3 am (but i get more sleep on weekends) mess up the circadian and if so does that mess anything up

yeah circadian rhythm gets messed up and u get worse sleep on the Swapping days

get a pair of blue light glasses if u have trouble sleeping on weekends and wear them like 1-2 hours before bed and your body will naturally want to sleep
