Start with the non-tinted or the lightly tinted, double check the ingredients to avoid oxybenzone if ur buying a chemical sunscreen, I'm pretty sure la roche doesn't use oxybenzone anymore and mine doesn't have it but I'm in Europe so ingredients are a bit different
