14, advice to improve base in general

How can I build a good base (height, bone and muscle structure in face, etc.) so ascensding will be easier when I’m older. So it could just be debloating and since the under of my face will be developed then I’ll mog. Also 5’7, 122lb, pretty lean but face is puffy and asymmetrical being heavier on the right side.
 
All it is is to let puberty do her thing, but whilst it’s doing so you should go gym at minimum 2 times per week, eat very good diet, I would say 85% meat and the rest is fruits and barley any veggies, (opt for high nutritious frutis and veggies ONLY), or consider looking into the primal diet. Very importantly sleep 9 hours minimum, and keep a consistent schedule, which is very important as well. That’s literally all you have to do, and nosebreath. Then when your done you can look into it.
