14 and looking for a haircut

hey guys, my hair is currently cut short and i cant rly grow it out way too much because of school so im generally looking for short/medium length haircuts

i have 1c hair with an oval face shape and my hair strands stick up and look ugly (average asian hair ig) and im thinking of getting the warrior cut considering its like below 3 inches of length on top and probably fading the sides (lmk if i should or not if i ended up getting the warrior cut), there are like 10 awkward stages before growing my hair out and sometimes i get stopped in between by school/parents so i gave it up for now and will look into it in the future, looking up to all your suggestions (and no ion want a faded crop)
