I'm 14M and have been following looksmaxxing for a year or so now but I'm still unsure what to do, how to do, and if anything is worth doing. I'm 5'8 and consider myself a lltn. I want to be better. I already work out and have been for around 3 years now but that's not enough. I would like guidance. I can provide pictures.
