i might not have the right definition of NT but for me being NT is extroverted, liked by a lot of people (charisma) and following npc behaviours such as watching football, having an iphone, going to partys, driving a good car and wearing NPC clothes

if thats not being nt, then it is what i want to improve by approaching strangers

get a job, join a school or whatever, go to clubs, where people will talk to you naturally

so you don't have to walk up to random people and be like "hi wanna be friends? "
