honestly from this pic id say softmaxx first the hair is doing a lot of work but its too long and covering the upper face id try a cleaner textured style that exposes more of the forehead and eyes brows could be cleaned up slightly and the skin could be improved too the biggest issue here is honestly the photo itself the wide angle and close distance distort the proportions so id want normal lighting and a proper straight on pic before making any serious judgement as for ascending i wouldnt rush into anything invasive from this one pic there isnt enough evidence that you have some major structural flaw worth fixing focus on hair skin grooming physique and better presentation first
