14, overweight – need safe and realistic fat loss methods

I’m 14, around 66 kg, and I’m definitely carrying too much fat. I want to lose weight, but I’m in puberty so I don’t want to use anything extreme like starving or harsh protocols. I’m looking for methods that actually work for someone my age without messing up growth or hormones.
 
Just try to minimise processed bullshit. lost 10kg that way and going rn. Also WALK. Literally best method, doesnt increase ghrelin and literally shreds fat. Good luck bro <3

Just do a 500-800 calorie deficit, it will take giga long though

Try and avoid processed foods, stick with animal based that will keep u satiated longer, and use caffeine as a appetite suppressant

retatrutide and just calorie deficit (just blast tren and ropemaxx)
 
Reta, i heard it destroys you from inside because you dont fell hunger and your Body need the Nutrions from food, pls prove me wrong
No not really,its true you dont feel hunger which causes some to starve themselfs but you dont have to do that,just make sure yo eat anyway,it makes fat loss easier since your blood sugar is stable and you want feel hungry or like shit
