ya bro I started getting boners at like 9 and I accidentally told my mom

I had boners just as young as you, maybe even slightly younger, but I think this is normal. I still started puberty at an average age. Hence why my face stayed the same from childhood to age 12, but then changed like crazy and looks very different now (pillow case tier bonelessness compared to you but still a lot of masculinization occurred for me)
