Not here to flex—just being consistent and seeing slow changes. Still fighting habits like masturbation, but I’m committed long-term.
What I’m doing so far:
Cold exposure daily (face dunks + cold showers)
Clean diet: no seed oils, lots of fruit, protein, potassium
Mewing 24/7 (focusing on proper tongue posture)
Posture correction (neck, spine, shoulder alignment)
No synthetic clothes—only cotton
Sleeping 8–9 hrs minimum
No fap (still struggling but trying to stay clean)
No supplements yet
