This is my attempt at a start guide for anyone lost and looking on where to start, which seems to be a lot of people now lol. this will be a SOFTMAXXING guide not including steroids.

this should be where everyone starts, being healthy is an evolutionary marker of good fertility and being a good selection to mate which is what we wanna get to, yes Chad can have acne but YOU ARENT CHAD :hnghn::hnghn:. Should be a non negotiable for everyone unless you are roid maxxing or sacrificing your indicators for something greater they are LAW.

Health is split into two categories cardiovascular and diet, I won’t be covering much of environment.

As far as diet goes a Whole Foods diet is a good place to start, but the goal is to reduce inflammation as much as possible as it has adverse affects on health and our face duh in fact most sickness is linked to chronic inflammation

Pretend there’s redness and acne here also loll but this can be the difference between a chronically inflamed face and a healthy one and it can be the cause of numerous skin issues, hormonal acne, and post inflammatory erythema mainly.

To achieve this I reccomend an animal based keto diet with carbs for performance, THE QUALITY MATTERS, if you can’t afford quality meats near you I recommend using Google Maps to find local farms near you, regular store meat is fed with corn and soy giving it an uneven omega 3-6 ratio causing inflammation I highly suggest you research more into this diet

For cardiovascular health it’s actually more important than diet for overall health, high intensity training at least 3x a week with daily zone two cardio is recommended, don’t be a slave and chronically spike ur cortisol by running that’s how you end up bald and skinny since running is catabolic too, zone two cardio also directly targets fat.

Movement is necessary to maintain a healthy lymphatic system and will be the key to actually “debloating” make sure to also keep a proper electrolyte ratio especially when active 4:2:1 is a good ratio 4 parts potassium, two parts sodium, 1 part magnesium

I won’t go in depth on environment but MAINTAIN A CIRCADIAN RYTHM AND GO IN THE SUN, two hours of sun exposure daily should be the minimum, yes protect yourself so you don’t fuck your Collagen but the sun is necessary to be healthy, if you can’t get in ur sun because it’s winter just know that cold exposure mimics sun exposure in the production of thyroid hormones, go to sleep and wake up within a 30 minute variable every day, avoid screens for 90-120 minutes before bed and within 30 minutes of waking up exposure yourself to the sun .

Now for the good stuff, skincare isn’t a one product for all deal besides a few exceptions it’s dependent on your skin issues, however there are a few things I recommend for everyone

CLEANSER, wash ur fucking face pig, there are exfoliating cleansers and non exfoliating cleansers, I recommend non exfoliating as you should be using a retinoid and do not want to overly strip your skins barrier

AHAS/ water soluble cleansers which are on the weaker end but still exfoliating these include glycolic acid, lactic acid, and Mandelic acid.

BHAS/ these are pore penetrating made to dissolve oil from your pores, only one u need to gaf abt is salicylic acid which can help reduce an oily face and dissolve oil plugs and blackheads

Something else I’ll mention are oil cleansers which Are effective at removing oil and plugs without being exfoliating I highly reccomend as part of a two part cleaning routine paired with a water based cleanser

WATER BASED CLEANSERS these are water based as the name implies and are non exfoliating however be aware it will still strip oil from your skin and overdoing it will still rape your barrier just not to the extent exfoliants will

MOISTURIZER AND SPF
Two more non negotiable especially spf if you don’t wanna age like shit and kill ur skin use sunscreen
I recommend pa+++ as it covers UVA and UVB rays a good product is beauty of joseon make sure it’s light to avoid clogging pores and fragrance free to avoid irritation and redness

RETINOIDS, unless ur allergic or u have the skin of a fetus use this shit it’s a magic do all for your skin effects include greater cell turnover and collagen production reducing acne while helping unclog pores and thicken the skin(eventually).

Retinol/ the most basic form requiring two liver conversions to be turned into tretinoin effects are mild enough to be considered cope I would stay away

Retinal/ one form away from tretinoin, more potent but marginally more expensive and generally not worth the price

Adapalene/ a selective synthetic retinoid far more selective on which receptors it activates, very good for acne reduction especially cystic acne but pales in comparison to the next entries

Tretinoin/ the original retinoid the purest form of retinol and a very strong do all option

Tazarotene/ a next generation synthetic retinoid, effects are the same as Tret simply stronger but far more irritating, the most irritating topical retinoid but also the strongest

THE KING 👑 isotretinoin aka accutane, accutane is king of everything besides collagen production, it is incredibly strong and most of all can permanently shrink the size of your sebaceous glands responsible for acne up to 80% I recommend Accutane for everyone, is also great at reducing facial inflammation some even call it a free rhino depending on your nose and I plan to be on 7.5mgs accutane for life.

Now that we have covered the basics we can address specific skin issues starting with the one which troubled me the most post inflammatory erythema

PIE is the red marks left after pimples and are often confused with acne

These red makes are PIE and the main fix for these is to reduce inflammation by creating a less irritating skin routine less actives fragrance etc and using anti bacterial products the most effective being AZELIAC ACID 20% available in the United States only under the counter however 10% isn’t too bad and is available otc, surgical lasers are also an option if it’s bad enough or ur a rich fucker

CYSTIC ACNE

Causes by hormone issues and again inflammation lol
The fixes are best retinoids specifically accutane, benzoyl peroxide cleaners and hormone control

HYPERPIGMENTATION

Caused by irritation most specifically in ethnics and sun damage, fixes include sunscreen obviously and boosting collagen production the best means of which will be microneedling(will be explained later) and vitamin c along with retinoids

ROSACEA

Heat alcohol and stress along with a genetic predisposition trigger rosacea the fixes include Azeliac acid and ivermectin

COMEDONAL ACNE

These all include blackheads especially those pesky ones on your nose, retinoids and salicylic acid work best to treat this

Now for collagen, most everyone here are young cells and unless ur pushing 30 nothing to really worry much about extra collagen more so about collagen remodeling but I will still talk about it, the best way to build collagen and remodel your face to get rid of those disgusting acne scars are as follows

Next is micro needling the king of all around collagen building, involves creating microtears to stimulate the body’s immune response rebuilding said tears with collagen giving you better skin afterwards usually takes 3-4 treatments to see significant results from this method

Next are victiman A retinoids which build type 1 and 3 collagen but are not very good for overall remodeling

Last is collagen taken through a supplement but more better through diet and eating gelatin, this effect will be mild and have zero impact on remodeling

There isn’t too much in the way of softmaxxing your eye area however this should be okay assuming ur eyes arent subhuman

The most important thing when developing an eye halo is the color, if you have a striking eye color congrats ur 90% there I’m so fucking happy for you :feelswah::feelswah::feelswah: if ur a brown eyed cuck like me the next step is to get realistic contacts depending on your coloring, unfortunately deathnics will struggle with this one

Next are eyebrow and lash health and fullness and for these oral minox and Latisse mogs “b-but but latisse nukes ur orbital fat pads!” :soy:Only if you apply it like a retard the risk of orbital fat loss is getting it in your actual eye so ofc the eyedrops are an absolute no go, use an applicator and get it slightly damp absolutely zero dripping and apply it gently to your lashes never the waterline, it will naturally migrate to your lower lash do not fucking apply it there

If you have any excess UEE which most of you will I suggest curling your lashes not to a crazy degree but enough to minimize the look of your UEE it’s a good softmaxx no matter what anyways

For your eyebrows and extra lash growth I reccomend oral minoxidil, the best way to take it is 2.5mg sublingual aka under the tongue before bed every night, oral minoxidil taken regularly is another alternative and topical minoxidil taken orally is another assuming you are a responder to topical 40-60% chance only do this as a last resort if you can’t secure oral minoxidil tho.

Lastly dying your eyebrows and eyelashes, dying eyelashes is more risky but dying your eyebrows is incredibly easy all you need is just for men beard dye, aim for 1-2 shades darker then your hair.

If ur mouth is disgusting no one loves u and u should go die, no reason to have bad oral hygiene everyone here is a big boy

Use an electric toothbrush obviously it’s far better and brush ur damn tongue, don’t bother using a tongue scraper it works worse than brushing it and can damage ur tongue if ur a tard about it

Floss but more specifically a water flosser, nobody wants food stuck between their teeth decaying making ur shit smell like monkey ass floss ur teeth but more preferably use a water flosser

Mouthwash isn’t as important as people say but I still recommend therabreath so no one passes out at ur ape breath first thing in the morning

Now onto the actual important part which is teeth whitening, throw away your whitening strips they fucking suck u need a 40% peroxide treatment if u want pearly whites

Your hair is one of the most important aspects of looks idc what anyone says it can help carry your appearance and women absolutely love it, hair care depends on your hair type and it’s porosity

To test the porosity you wanna fill a cup of water up and set your hair down on top the water and wait 5 minutes if the hair has sunk to the bottom it is High porosity, if it’s in the middle it’s medium and if it hasn’t sunk at all it’s low porosity, this will determine the shampoo and conditioner you need to do along with the texture and thickness of your hair, thick hair needs to shampoo far less often same with curly or wavy hair as the sebum is less likely to travel down the hair shaft, for high porosity hair a heavier conditioner formula stronger conditioner and leave in products are recommended to keep your hair moisturized throught the day, for low porosity hair a lightweight penetrating conditioner and less shampoo is recommended as dirt dosent penetrate the follicle as much and it’s far harder for moisture to penetrate as well.

As far as body wash goes keep the formula simple and avoid hormone disrupters you don’t want the smell to be particularly strong and interfere with your fragrance as we will discuss later if you are having trouble with body acne I reccomend panoxyl it’s incredibly good roidcels can attest to this

Now we will get into the gym, the goal is to build an aesthetic physique with dimorphic features, thin waist broad shoulders wide lays we want the most perceived shoulder width as possible

First I will discuss workout splits, no your bro split isn’t optimal throw it in the garbage A splits effectiveness is determined by the volume you’re able to achieve obviously assuming you aren’t sore

1: full body 3-7x a week full body is the best since you get the most frequency

2:Upper lower is second best, can be equal to full body this is for people who don’t wanna spend 2+ hours per workout

3 push pull legs, wouldn’t even recommend this split but it’s still not too bad

For beginners 1-2 sets of 8-10 reps hitting failure is most optimal, the most important part of the gym is rest and minimizing fatigue, destroying yourself with a thousand sets will not induce muscle growth

For nutrition you want to hit .7 grams of protein per pound of body weight and get plenty of fat as that should be your bodies main fuel source, carbs are good if you’re going for performance but if you wanna burn fat, working out during a fast and eating carbs afterwards will oxidize fat
Avoid over reliance on carbs as they increase water storage and will bloat u

Soft leanmaxxing isn’t very in depth which is why I’m not giving it its own section it’s very basic calories in calories out unless you’re seeking to maintain a physique in which case u prolly don’t need this section of the guide get that cut done with as quick as possible and lose that weight again zone 2 cardio is good at targeting fat cold and hot weather is also your friend as your body will spend more calories trying to maintain homeostasis just keep those electrolytes replenished

Posture is INCREDIBLY important and I cannot stress this enough, posture dosent simply affect the way your features are presented but the features themselves

First check to see if you have forward head posture which u most likely do, align your back with a wall in the manner which you normally stand, if the back of your head does not touch the wall you have forward head posture

The way to begin fixing this is to stop the habits cooking your posture in the first place, sitting down in a chair for too long(over for schoolcels) using your phone below your eye level, sleeping with too many pillows

Weak stabilizer muscles are also a cause of forward head posture which is why the gym is so important it will over time help to stabilize these muscles and prevent the imbalance which is the main cause

Neck curls and chin curls can help train these stabilizer muscles, when people say chin tucks raise your hyoid or give u more forward growth it’s really just posture correction

When walking your shoulders be squared slightly pulled back, your spine should be completely aligned including your which will take some getting used to but simply correcting your posture can give u an inch or two of perceived height

Next is oral posture which you should’ve learned as a baby breastfeeding but u probably didn’t cuz of fucking gerber and Jewish corporations

Your tongue should be resting on the roof of your mouth the tip of your tongue right behind your teeth NOT TOUCHING, your teeth should be lightly touching each other don’t clench them and your breathing should be diaphragmatic not chest breathing.

Lastly is a far newer and more dangerous method however its results will be the best of any and this is ultrasonic cavitation, basically what this machine does is create ultrasonic vibrations which cause bubbles to form in the fat which breaks it down to then be drained through your lymphatic system, what makes it so dangerous is risk of detached retina, aka blindness, detached eardrum aka deafness

MOISTURIZER AND SPF

This is my attempt at a start guide for anyone lost and looking on where to start, which seems to be a lot of people now lol. this will be a SOFTMAXXING guide not including steroids.

Health is split into two categories cardiovascular and diet, I won’t be covering much of environment.

As far as diet goes a Whole Foods diet is a good place to start, but the goal is to reduce inflammation as much as possible as it has adverse affects on health and our face duh in fact most sickness is linked to chronic inflammation

To achieve this I reccomend an animal based keto diet with carbs for performance, THE QUALITY MATTERS, if you can’t afford quality meats near you I recommend using Google Maps to find local farms near you, regular store meat is fed with corn and soy giving it an uneven omega 3-6 ratio causing inflammation I highly suggest you research more into this diet

For cardiovascular health it’s actually more important than diet for overall health, high intensity training at least 3x a week with daily zone two cardio is recommended, don’t be a slave and chronically spike ur cortisol by running that’s how you end up bald and skinny since running is catabolic too, zone two cardio also directly targets fat.

Movement is necessary to maintain a healthy lymphatic system and will be the key to actually “debloating” make sure to also keep a proper electrolyte ratio especially when active 4:2:1 is a good ratio 4 parts potassium, two parts sodium, 1 part magnesium

Tazarotene/ a next generation synthetic retinoid, effects are the same as Tret simply stronger but far more irritating, the most irritating topical retinoid but also the strongest

THE KING 👑 isotretinoin aka accutane, accutane is king of everything besides collagen production, it is incredibly strong and most of all can permanently shrink the size of your sebaceous glands responsible for acne up to 80% I recommend Accutane for everyone, is also great at reducing facial inflammation some even call it a free rhino depending on your nose and I plan to be on 7.5mgs accutane for life.

Now that we have covered the basics we can address specific skin issues starting with the one which troubled me the most post inflammatory erythema

PIE is the red marks left after pimples and are often confused with acne

These red makes are PIE and the main fix for these is to reduce inflammation by creating a less irritating skin routine less actives fragrance etc and using anti bacterial products the most effective being AZELIAC ACID 20% available in the United States only under the counter however 10% isn’t too bad and is available otc, surgical lasers are also an option if it’s bad enough or ur a rich fucker

To achieve this I reccomend an animal based keto diet with carbs for performance, THE QUALITY MATTERS, if you can’t afford quality meats near you I recommend using Google Maps to find local farms near you, regular store meat is fed with corn and soy giving it an uneven omega 3-6 ratio causing inflammation I highly suggest you research more into this diet

For cardiovascular health it’s actually more important than diet for overall health, high intensity training at least 3x a week with daily zone two cardio is recommended, don’t be a slave and chronically spike ur cortisol by running that’s how you end up bald and skinny since running is catabolic too, zone two cardio also directly targets fat.

Movement is necessary to maintain a healthy lymphatic system and will be the key to actually “debloating” make sure to also keep a proper electrolyte ratio especially when active 4:2:1 is a good ratio 4 parts potassium, two parts sodium, 1 part magnesium

Something else I’ll mention are oil cleansers which Are effective at removing oil and plugs without being exfoliating I highly reccomend as part of a two part cleaning routine paired with a water based cleanser

WATER BASED CLEANSERS these are water based as the name implies and are non exfoliating however be aware it will still strip oil from your skin and overdoing it will still rape your barrier just not to the extent exfoliants will

MOISTURIZER AND SPF
Two more non negotiable especially spf if you don’t wanna age like shit and kill ur skin use sunscreen
I recommend pa+++ as it covers UVA and UVB rays a good product is beauty of joseon make sure it’s light to avoid clogging pores and fragrance free to avoid irritation and redness

This is my attempt at a start guide for anyone lost and looking on where to start, which seems to be a lot of people now lol. this will be a SOFTMAXXING guide not including steroids.

this should be where everyone starts, being healthy is an evolutionary marker of good fertility and being a good selection to mate which is what we wanna get to, yes Chad can have acne but YOU ARENT CHAD :hnghn::hnghn:. Health is split into two categories cardiovascular and diet, I won’t be covering much of environment.

As far as diet goes a Whole Foods diet is a good place to start, but the goal is to reduce inflammation as much as possible as it has adverse affects on health and our face duh in fact most sickness is linked to chronic inflammation

To achieve this I reccomend an animal based keto diet with carbs for performance, THE QUALITY MATTERS, if you can’t afford quality meats near you I recommend using Google Maps to find local farms near you, regular store meat is fed with corn and soy giving it an uneven omega 3-6 ratio causing inflammation I highly suggest you research more into this diet

For cardiovascular health it’s actually more important than diet for overall health, high intensity training at least 3x a week with daily zone two cardio is recommended, don’t be a slave and chronically spike ur cortisol by running that’s how you end up bald and skinny since running is catabolic too, zone two cardio also directly targets fat.

Movement is necessary to maintain a healthy lymphatic system and will be the key to actually “debloating” make sure to also keep a proper electrolyte ratio especially when active 4:2:1 is a good ratio 4 parts potassium, two parts sodium, 1 part magnesium

I won’t go in depth on environment but MAINTAIN A CIRCADIAN RYTHM AND GO IN THE SUN, two hours of sun exposure daily should be the minimum, yes protect yourself so you don’t fuck your Collagen but the sun is necessary to be healthy, if you can’t get in ur sun because it’s winter just know that cold exposure mimics sun exposure in the production of thyroid hormones, go to sleep and wake up within a 30 minute variable every day, avoid screens for 90-120 minutes before bed and within 30 minutes of waking up exposure yourself to the sun .

Now for the good stuff, skincare isn’t a one product for all deal besides a few exceptions it’s dependent on your skin issues, however there are a few things I recommend for everyone

CLEANSER, wash ur fucking face pig, there are exfoliating cleansers and non exfoliating cleansers, I recommend non exfoliating as you should be using a retinoid and do not want to overly strip your skins barrier

AHAS/ water soluble cleansers which are on the weaker end but still exfoliating these include glycolic acid, lactic acid, and Mandelic acid.

BHAS/ these are pore penetrating made to dissolve oil from your pores, only one u need to gaf abt is salicylic acid which can help reduce an oily face and dissolve oil plugs and blackheads

Something else I’ll mention are oil cleansers which Are effective at removing oil and plugs without being exfoliating I highly reccomend as part of a two part cleaning routine paired with a water based cleanser

WATER BASED CLEANSERS these are water based as the name implies and are non exfoliating however be aware it will still strip oil from your skin and overdoing it will still rape your barrier just not to the extent exfoliants will

MOISTURIZER AND SPF
Two more non negotiable especially spf if you don’t wanna age like shit and kill ur skin use sunscreen
I recommend pa+++ as it covers UVA and UVB rays a good product is beauty of joseon make sure it’s light to avoid clogging pores and fragrance free to avoid irritation and redness

RETINOIDS, unless ur allergic or u have the skin of a fetus use this shit it’s a magic do all for your skin effects include greater cell turnover and collagen production reducing acne while helping unclog pores and thicken the skin(eventually).

Retinol/ the most basic form requiring two liver conversions to be turned into tretinoin effects are mild enough to be considered cope I would stay away

Retinal/ one form away from tretinoin, more potent but marginally more expensive and generally not worth the price

Adapalene/ a selective synthetic retinoid far more selective on which receptors it activates, very good for acne reduction especially cystic acne but pales in comparison to the next entries

Tretinoin/ the original retinoid the purest form of retinol and a very strong do all option

Tazarotene/ a next generation synthetic retinoid, effects are the same as Tret simply stronger but far more irritating, the most irritating topical retinoid but also the strongest

THE KING 👑 isotretinoin aka accutane, accutane is king of everything besides collagen production, it is incredibly strong and most of all can permanently shrink the size of your sebaceous glands responsible for acne up to 80% I recommend Accutane for everyone, is also great at reducing facial inflammation some even call it a free rhino depending on your nose and I plan to be on 7.5mgs accutane for life.

Now that we have covered the basics we can address specific skin issues starting with the one which troubled me the most post inflammatory erythema

PIE is the red marks left after pimples and are often confused with acne

These red makes are PIE and the main fix for these is to reduce inflammation by creating a less irritating skin routine less actives fragrance etc and using anti bacterial products the most effective being AZELIAC ACID 20% available in the United States only under the counter however 10% isn’t too bad and is available otc, surgical lasers are also an option if it’s bad enough or ur a rich fucker
