No you couldnt. How can you possibly know this whwen youve only ever gymcelled for a very short amount of time. Gains are not linear, you get probably half your natural gains in your first year, Id say youll be 90% maxed out after 3 years of consistent diet and training, only negligible gains after that point.i think i would make more progress in 14 years, if i couldn’t i wouldn’t even bother lifting natural

well he was a teenager so probably was just casually working out rather than seriously bodybuilding at the time, what i mean is if youre doing everything right within about 3 years youll pretty much be at your max natural potential in terms of bodybuilding, obviously doing everything completley right is a lot easier said than donelol ok bro
14-19 he made minimal progress i know for a fact i would make more in that time period

everyone makes gains quickly when they first start the gym, you under estimate how difficult it becomes after a year or so. Notice how most guys who gymcel, maybe when they start they gain a little bit of muscle or lose a little bit of fat, then after 6 months or so they normally just look the same for months and years because they dont really take the diet part seriously and they dont properly progressive overload week to week. Honestly i was in the category myself for quote a long time, when i first started working out i made mad gains in a very short amount of time, but pretty much from age 17-20 my physique barely changed, hell i know guys whove been working about for 5 years and dont even have a 2 plate bench yet, now obviously these guys arent like bodybuilders who are completley dedicated or anything like that just normies who gymcel, but it does give you an idea of what the average person will achieve just being a casual gym goereveryone’s case is different i guess all i noticed was i naturally was able to lift and build muscle quicker than pretty much all my peers whenever i went gym
