EARLY LIFE (Under 13)
yes u are about to read a 14 year old's thread attempting to explain how to ascend dnr now if u want jfl (most of this is water if youve been on org for a while)

Obviously as everyone knows, your genetics are going to be the most important factor on if you're going to look good or not. But since this is getting posted on looksmax.org this is going to be the base:
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (Asperger's Syndrome) because obviously you can't be a ND Looksmaxxer in the beginning dummy!!
  • Middle-Class United States Family with a Middle Class Income (sorry bro if ur mumbaimaxxed it might be over unless you get a financial miracle)
  • Average Metabolism
  • Slight ED/Struggle to eat foods
  • Ectomorph Body Type
  • Average Bloomer
  • LLTN-MLTN base, not a submarine though, submarines is probably just LDAR
OR you can be Slow Metabolism Endomorph that eats very easily but only eats straight goyslop all day and won't eat actual foods with nutritional value (reta route)

Now, I'll discuss the softmaxxes and just actions in general that you should be taking in early life for ascension

  • Have mewing as your default tounge position the second you pop out the womb, this is common sense
  • This guide is with the assumption you aren't born with any deficiencies in Minerals or Vitamins but if you live in a area with no sunlight or are deficient probably begin supplementing around this time, Multivitamin gummies with A B C & D should do fine if you don't have deficiencies or anything yet at this point.
  • Eat animal products (eggs,meat,milk etc.) this is just common sense, I don't think you'll need to track macros or anything at this point, just eat Mom's cooking if it's reasonably healthy and nutritious and drink with Milk (pasteurized or raw works, however im not sure how a 6 year old would react to drinking raw milk)
  • Schoolmaxxing so ur not retarded, this stage of life usually has the important information that gets taught
  • Aim for 10,000-14,000 Daily Steps for Cardio
  • Look into your parents and families genetics to know what you can naturally develop well in ur face during puberty and what you probably will need surgery on in the future if puberty doesn't do its job. However, you can probably just skip this and figure out yourself in Puberty
  • Get bloodwork and shit done, this information is important all throughout life and especially once we start gear and shit
  • Around 6 or 7, start playing a sport for your local city recreation program. My city has multiple leagues for children to play sports like U10 Soccer, U6 Basketball etc. Picking up a sport at an early age is going to be very useful for growth and just athleticism in general + playing a respectable sport in High school well will boost SMV in the future
PUBERTY (13-18)

This is going to be the most important part of your life when it comes to ascension, obviously since your growth plates are open and GH is being released so during this you must be maximizing the actions taken for ascension
  1. SLEEP 8 HOURS EVERYDAY, NO EXCEPTIONS
1 hour to 30 minutes before bedtime, make sure you cut out all blue-light sources as this can disrupt melatonin production. Make sure you maintain a very consistent sleep schedule, waking up and going to sleep around the same times to maintain a healthy Circadian Rhythm.

Weed use is growing in teenagers while alcohol use is declining. Weed is going to be VERY detrimental for your growth if you're smoking it every night in your teens as THC impacts your REM sleep cycles. If you grow up and turn into a weed smoker and you're not trying to quit (please quit the shit lowers test and disrupts gh production during puberty, not even mentioning the cognitive and SMV downsides of using it during puvery), atleast limit your use to not smoking at night because losing your REM will stunt growth and make u a dumbass

Also, if you smoke make sure to supplement Mullein Leaf and NAC, js do further research it genuinely is beneficial


SLEEP ONSET SUPPORT STACK/NIGHTLY SUPPLEMENT STACK
  • Melatonin
The most socially accepted sleep onset support, you can dose whatever is comfortable for sleep but over time it's better to lower your dose as your body gets more used to sleeping at that time
  • Ashwagandha
Lower cortisol for test wow
  • Magnesium GLYCINATE
Glycinate is more bioavailable than other forms like Oxide so make sure its Glycinate
  • Valerian Root
if you have normal sleep patterns and don't have insomnia, you can probably go without this but if you're unable to sleep like a normal person Melatonin + ValRoot gonna knock u out, but over time its better to lower the dose on these to prevent issues from long term use

Minerals and Vitamins:
  • Multivitamin with A,B,C & D
  • Zinc
Collagen synthesis and inflammation reduction
  • Vitamin D3
boosts Calcium absorption in your body and is just generally extremely useful for everyday life
  • Calcium
If you really have maintained a animal-product based diet since birth, supplementing Calcium probably won't be necessary but this is around the age you should begin tracking Macros and everything so just keep a Calcium supplement if you didn't hit your DV that day
  • Vitamin K2
Directs the Calcium into bones

2. EXERCISE AND ACTIVITIES
  • If you genuinely have a naturally shitty hyoid and don't think gym and getting lean will fix it, begin doing Chin Tucks, Neck Curls and Rapid Jaw Openings twice daily around this time to improve the hyoid area. However, you've been mewing and playing sports for years so this probably won't be an issue.

  • Obviously, Early Puberty is the best time to begin the gym so go get yourself a membership and begin the Testosterone and IGF-1 farm (no gear or peptides for us yet unfortunately)

  • Try to get involved in a Highschool Sport, this will help you reach the daily 10k-14k step goal, boost SMV and is just good for you in general. Also if it's a team based sport and you're ND, it will force you into social interaction, making you better at social interactions.

  • Try to get a job as early as possible, ideally customer service or a job that forced you to talk to people if you're ND. You're never gonna be able to slay foids if you don't. This isn't just for the NT status though, money is going to be the key for obtaining compounds in the future when we need to hop on

  • For height, always pick platform shoes/ shoes that have thick soles and run 1/2 inch insoles, any higher will be noticeable when your pants aren't covering your lower leg. It's literally the easiest way to add 2 and a half inches to your height bro

  • Discover your archetype, you can't be a blonde wavy hair dude trying to get the Sean O'pry superman look and you can't be a dark straight hair person trying to achieve a surfer boy look. This will influence the hairstyle you settle on, your fashion and many other external/material factors in LM
(this also means since you're settling on a hairtype, you should now be looking into hair products such as sea salt spray/texturing powder/pomade etc.) maybe begin Minoxidil if necessary on eyebrows

3. NUTRITION & DIET
  • Your body needs sodium, so don't eliminate all sodium intake but make sure to maintain a 3 to 1 Potassium to Sodium ratio in order to eliminate water retention and help with puberty acne

  • Try to eat 1Ib of protein per pound and just feed yourself as much nutrients as possible, you're in puberty and your body NEEDS them to grow

  • Track calories and macros through an app so you can know what to supplement on at night if you didn't hit your goal in that certain Vitamin/Mineral

  • 3 Big Meals a day, try to stay away from snacking and just eat 3 Big Meals instead of 3 Medium/Small and snacking throughout the day

4. SKINCARE


Most skincare you see is cope and just straight bullshit, so keep it simple:
  • Foaming Cleanser
  • This person in this scenario is lifting weights, getting good cardio in and playing a sport for their highschool. Try to hit 6/7 Liters of water daily
  • Icing your face
The benefits aren't massive on this, keep that in mind but it's great for waking up in the morning, promotes vasoconstriction on the under-eye region, leading to blood vessels shrinking. It can also boost absorption of other skincare products , decrease morning puffiness and just make your skin feel smoother in general. It's literally free so 🤷‍♂️
  • Lotion
  • Tinted SPF 50 Sunscreen
  • Retinoids
  • Hydrocortisone
Also, I don't know if it's a placebo, but I recommend drying your face with a fresh paper towel as there's no risk of bacteria and germs transferring to your face. Another thing I recommend is washing your hands before your skincare routine + don't touch ur face with ur hands, I don't know if this is common sense but it should be

If you have bangs in ur hair or long hair, keep it up at night to prevent acne forming on your forehead

However, assuming you follow this guide from the second you leave the womb, you probably will not struggle with dark circles/bad under-eye area due to the fact that you sleep 8 hours a day, a very rare thing nowadays, so things such as Retinol or Icing Under-eyes won't be necessary

5. PEPTIDES

I'd recommend beginning these around 15-16
  • MK-677
As previously stated, our base is going to be a person with an ED that struggles to eat food. MK-677 will help stimulate appetite and can be stacked on top of 4mg Cyproheptadine (however cyproheptadine is prescription only and has no recreational use, so finding it black market is going to be hard. You're better off chasing a prescription for it through an ED Clinic)

Personal Anecdote: I was able to go from 89Ibs to 110 in 4 months through Cyproheptadine 4mg nightly
  • GHK-CU
Topical or Pinned is fine, it doesn't really matter. However, assuming you have a clean diet and decent enough genes you'll probably be able to get glass skin in puberty without it. If not, pick up the needle/derma stamp buddy 😂
  • HGH
This is just a no brainer lmfao, supplement Berberine once you hop on though to protect Insulin sensitivity
  • MELANOTAN II
If ur a palecel and need a tan then hop on, If you're fine with your current skin color and it has good synergy with your Phenotype, then don't

STUDY STACK

Keep in mind, you're going to be 16/17 around this time, you don't wanna hop on more liver-damaging or more anabolic compounds at this time yet, start supplementing TUDCA once you're on one of these though, and make sure to do PCT to maintain natural testosterone production


7. ORTHODONTICS
  • Damon Braces
Widens the dental arch up to 9mm, corrects overbites/underbites, fixes crowding, they're fucking OP
  • MARPE
If your palate has already fused, it's time for MARPE buddy!! It fixes crowded teeth along with expansion of Maxilla
  • Traditional Braces Elastics
If you can't get Damon braces, Traditional Braces will still straighten your teeth and fix crowding. And if you're prescribed dental elastics with them, wear them all day all night as a fixed overbite/underbite can improve jaw definition
  • Water Flosser
undisputed GOAT of dental hygiene if u have braces in and if u dont have brace in, its genuinely life changing for the price of like $15 get one bro

also nandrolone is a terrible compound it increases collagen synthesis which seems like a good thing but it also increases collagen synthesis in your heart and has the strongest link of any compound to LVH

deca also lowers dopamine, causes depression, kills drive and motivation, fucks your prolactin giving you man boobs, more depression and is linked to homosexuality and shifts your brain chemistry with long term use and downregulates dopamine receptors

if you want to use a 19nor just use tren it does the opposite of what deca does to your brain and increases dopamine sensitivity ect, its also tissue selective and won't grow your heart as much. Its a dry compound too and won't bloat you like nandrolone and is more relevant for looksmaxxing
