I would say your hmtn could easily be mhtn-hhtn when you have fully developed.

Get a skin care or get accutane (not neccesary at all tho), You can improve the hairstyle with products and grow the sides more, get propre posture (mewing and allign your neck right), and do beauty quadrent and myo.

You can do things like thumbpulling but pretty sure its js cope, stick to the things i said and you should be fine
