14 yo gym tips?

im done wasting my time here tho lol. just train like u do, fix ur sleep with the tings i said, diet 200 calories under maintenance until healthy bf% and DONT BULK or LEAN BULK PLS

Do few mins of cardio daily, eat a lot of protein, eat clean, stay hydrated for muscle fullness, ppl split is superior, do bodyweight, pull ups, push ups too, train shoulders, workout atleast 6 times per week.
This is about it. I have been working out on and off since 2021, i know it bro.
Cutting at 14 is bullshit, lose fat gain muscle mass.

im gonna do an inbody tmrw then ig after that i'll know what to do cs having high bf% is bad ofc and not eating enough too is bad at puberty

Am 14 yo ,62kg,70 cm and I started gym since June 2025 till November then I’ve stopped going to the gym for abt 3 months and I started to go to the gym again so do I cut,bulk,body recomp or maingain . I wanna have more muscle mass w a low bf% but I searched and if I cut it will affect the growth plates n the test so what should I do
U should bulk by 200 cal surplus after that loose fat and keep like 11% body fat don't go below or it gonna affect growth
