Eat lots of protien, beef, eggs, chicken, greek yogurht, drink raw milk. eat a healthy amount of fruit, bit of veggies, bit of carbs and u good. exersise heaps, stretch heaps, DONT LIFT WEIGHTS UNTIL U LIKE 18. defo dont do test, hgh and AI, maybe but really depends how tall your parents are and how tall you think your gonna be. your already 5 8 at 14 which is good, u should hit 6ft.

Don't lift weights yet but do sports like sprints or wrestling, boxing. You don't want to be innactive during theses years.
