is it really over? im training for like 2.5 years im 17 y.o 184 (6ft), 36cm(14inch) biacromial and 46cm(18inch)bidelt . nobody in my family has wide shoulders
maybe stop coping and hop on will help but idk

i also did some bloodwork cause maybe i'll roidmaxx

i am 5'9 and i got a 17 inch bidlet with literally 0 muscle lmao, u prolly have bad genetics

and i already have some test, a bit of tren and mast and ofc ancillaries but i think it will look terrible on me cause of my clavicles

thats my shoulders with 2.5 years of natty gymceling
