You are very underdeveloped but you are still young, puberty will hit so you must maximise your health (sleep and what you consume)
Some things you can do now is training your maseters and bonesmashing
You really need a better eye area so take oral minoxidil to grow those lashes and eyebrows, i would also recommend tint them darker
Look up orthodontics it's not cheap but i think it will do really good for you since you lack forward growth, zigos etc

I do water and potassium help debloat and peptides help with fucking anything
