14M ethnic, skin tone problems

Even though I'm ethnic(specifically south east asian) my skin looks greyish and dark brown not like the smooth caramel type I see with other ethnics how do I fix this and what is it called?

lose weight and hop on tret, its gonna make ur skin complexion and stuff much better. Losing weight is mandatory otherwise ur gonna stay looking like a rhino except with good skin
