14M i took tretinoin 3 days ago and no improvement

i know its to soon to be posting this thread but i have none of the bad side effects my face is perfectly soft and not dry, my lips are soft and not chapped, everything is the exact same, none of my acne has gotten worse or better

(this tret is 0.025% and it was prescribed to my mom in the USA after my mom larped acne and gave it to me)

how long does it usually take to do anything at this point i just want to even see the bad side effects

Yes, just wait for your skin to accomodate. Until the irritation and initial purging isnt gone don't start any other products.
