Just wait, you're only 14 years old. I know it's hard and you feel like a big boy, I felt that way when I was your age. But you're really just a baby. Try not to think about your looks that much right now, focus on giving yourself a good foundation for your future. A lot of people get stuck in their 20s trying to improve basic shit they missed out on because they didn't take care of themselves during that important developmental window in their teens. Things like height, poor facial development, lack of a good social circle etc are a bitch to try and correct when you're older.

Right now focus on living a full, healthy life. Try to maintain a reasonable diet with lots of protein, drink milk, sleep well, exercise regularly. A good way to get exercise is finding a sport that you find fun. that's a great way to get good social skills and make friends. Really really try to get good oral posture (search for mewing), it sucks and is painful at the start but you're gonna thank yourself a lot when you get through that learning curve. Try to learn dope things right now like playing instruments and languages because it's impressive and takes a lot of time, you'll never again have as much spare time in your life as you do in your teens.

This way when your looks start mattering more you'll be big, tall, healthy, strong, and be good at connecting with people. Great recipe for looksmaxxing and for a great life.
