Im 14 turning 15 in a few months and Im just trying to figure out the best way I can max out my potential with new habits, foods to eat, looksmaxing exercises just the whole 9 basically. I’m not really open to surgery or anything I wanna see how good looking I can get naturally(I’m mainly trying to focus on bonass and a more appealing look and my physique and I’ll send pics of me to anyone who dms me)
 
Eat food but don't stuff yourself, leanmaxxing at this age could dramatically stunt growth nd development, try to focus on thickening brows, coloring, and consider making effort to lift 2-5 days weekly

truth, predicted height for me was like 5'11-6'1 however I starvemaxxed due to dysmorphia and not caring enough to make anything, now 5'8 and a half and growth plates seem to be fusing (only grown .15" in in the past 4 months iirc, i'm 17 and 7 months for context)
 
yea right now I’m 5’7 and I somewhat starve max because idk how much is overdoing and how much is too little so most of the time I don’t eat enough with is terrible I just need to find a good mid point😭
 
Good diet (eat enough), good tongue posture, chewing hard foods, maximise sleep, lift. Basic shit will help in the long run.
If you focus on the gym and gaining size, you will automatically have to eat more which will help development in other areas apart from muscle mass.

u dont have to be a fatass or a skeleton, aim for 12-18% body fat to regulate hormones. time is ur biggest ally bro with good habits these next years u could develop nicely

If you haven’t hit a point in your life where you get super hungry all of time then that’s good. As soon as you hit that point and notice getting taller… eat proper food like meats, eggs, and other natural stuff. Drink lots of water, lots of milk, and minimise processed bullshit intake. Get enough sleep, start taking a supplement stack, I recommend magnesium, vitamin d3 + k2 to absorb calcium. Use melatonin for sleep to increase gh. And please do proper breathing and tongue posture.

don’t starve max just eat more protein, less simple carbs, and do more cardio
 
I don’t feel like I’m hungry all the time like a feel the need to eat but I do have a feeling where everytime I eat I feel like I can just keep eating a eating like I never feel full
