You have minor bimaxillary protrusion, your chin / mandible is recessed and nose to lip ratio is bad, here's what to do;

• Hydro cortisone for nose
• Mouth widening
• Chin filler jaw surgery or an orthodontic appliance
• Rhinoplasty
• Hydroquinone for skin
