I'm 14 too. I grew from 5.7 to 5.9ft in one month, increased my bonemass, went from 54 to 63kg in about 2 months (lean muscles) and now ppl call me chadlite irl. And this started from being itn and skinny fat. So trust me, you can improve too. Start by doing calisthenics 6x week, drink milk like it's water and 6-8 eggs are mandatory daily. Focus on good sleep. You should stay in bed for 10 hours in order to get 8hrs of sleep. Go outside as much as possible and if you have problems to fall asleep, or even if not, read a book before sleeping (i suggest finance books). If you want ANY other piece of info, dm me brother.
