Yo. I am 14 and a half years old, I need some advice for looksmaxxing, more importantly softmaxxing because I cannot get surgeries and I got grounded after I bonesmashed and had bruises.

I recommend h pick up a sport at ur age, ur still young and it’s early , do some sort of striking , Muay Thai, or boxing, do MMA if u want but I recommend Muay Thai or boxing.

Do soccer, but u say u don’t like socializing so just do boxing or something.

#1 thing - fix ur posture. You won't develop correctly if you don't. Also mew and chin tuck.
#2 - sleep a lot. Aim for 10 hours at your age. Sleep at the same time every day, and wake up at the same time very day.
#3 - eat lots of meat. Self explanatory. Don't diet just yet.
#4 - sports, like the other dude said just join one.
#5 - fish oil
