I actually use /10 system as it is a norm in Russian BP community. Anyway, it's lot more objective to rate people like 5.75 that is border htn(actually new fucking word JFL), or 6 - low htn, or 5.5 - high mtn.

it matters because helps people know where they are, like you should always know how much some looksmax would give you, like haircut is 0.25-0.5 points, skin is also 0.5, maybe leanmaxx is another point and so on.
