most ive seen is that "there hasn't been enough research done" and i havent seen a genuine reasoning against it or for it

You will be fine, jts the most researched supplement but for kids is er almost no research but the research that er is for kids doesnt prove any side affects or something so i wohld ust take it btw take 1g per 10kg bodyweight and 20g for the natropics effect

110 pounds is 50kg so 5g for the water retention effect and 20g for the natropic effect before you do your 5 g daily first do a week of 20g every dag als now as the loading phase aftwr tjat just your 5g or 20g for nafropic effect

Yeah you will be fine bit remeber 1/4 people are immune and wont get any effects so if you dont notices any change after 1 month hop off

just take it man worst case you will get a mild ache somewhere random in your body and thats if u take too much your body will piss out excess micro nutrients

There are very little studies done tk prove ang naotropic effect but the ones thatbprove it are all aroubd 20/25g but the studies varies sp there is now real amount bjt around 20g would be it
