no problem brother, also when i get acne i take a bit of baking soda add a little bit of wather untik it becomes a paste and apply it to my skin it burns like hell but atleast the acne goes away

you look good but if i were you i would absolutely never miss any sleep and try to go for 9 hrs a night because 164 at 14 isnt the best, the absolute shortest i was at 14 was 170

Okay bro don’t listen to any of these mfs telling you negative shit. You found out about Looksmaxing early pre puberty which is actually reallly goood, so honestly, first off test max and hit gym while your young but train medium intensity don’t train hard while your young it’s not good for height development and can stunt growth. So try (calisthenics) + alittle weight training while you’re young and then start lifting heavy when you get to 16/17 years of age. As of now have a decent diet, even your young and can afford to eat like shit and still maintain good body fat, eat well for the most part please. Eye area is good, lil mouth area is good, for 14 your side looks developed pretty good already. eyebrows are very dense and masculine for your age so that’s pretty good, Mew while your young , start chewing gum to increase massader muscles, ⚠, Experiment with haircuts while you can. but other than that your good bro. I rate you for your age right now a hhtn you’ll be Chadlite if you work hard bro. If your really lucky and can grow beard in 20s you’ll be Chad.
