Real advice: if u have a specific question then ask chatgpt - it is nicer than most people on here and the advice is gonna be safe. Bulk kinda overrated get ur proteins and carbs and hit the gym 3-5 times a week and do a good skin care routine and do some research on what haristyles might fit u
