UEE does not change during puberty, if anything it gets worse. The eyelid fissure literally lengthens as you get older

The orbital rim projects more, the soft tissue thickens, the brow descends slightly, and fat distribution changes all of which make the eyes appear deeper set. The palpebral fissure may lengthen slightly with growth, but overall exposure blatantly decreases, not increases.
