Before anything:
This is my 2nd post on here I made one back in april when I had first started looksmaxxing and since then i’ve actually grown a about half an inch and went from 5’10.5 to 5’11 , giving my confirmation my plates are still open. I also started taking the gym seriously(i had previously neglected) since then.
Physique - Ima be 100% real here, I don’t really know what im doing I just have an idea of how to get where I need to be. I feel as if I have decent genetics and some decent starter gains already. Im currently on a 4000 calorie diet(Im very active I play basketball 3-4 hours daily) and get around 180-220 g of protein daily depending on what i eat and Ive avoided added sugar altogether. i’ve essentially just lived off a diet of eggs, ground beef, rice, fruits, bread, chicken, honey, and pork. Im not sure how much i currently weigh last I checked back in may i was 143 but i’ve been consistently in a surplus since then so I couldn’t tell you. Im currently looking to improve my chest and shoulders the most specifically my lateral delt it would make me look more aesthetic from what i’ve seen
Skin care - Ive pretty much just been running off facial cleanser and moisturizer this whole time but my retinol(adapalene gel 0.1%) just came in today so we’ll see how that goes. I haven’t seen any major differences in my skin yet so tips would be greatly appreciated
Summer stack - This is the lineup I plan to use to ascend over summer. Correct me or add any suggestions if you feel anything here is cope and explain why
facial cleanser 2x a day
moisturizer w spf 30 2x a day
adapalene gel 3x a week
volufilline 0.1 mg under eyes and on brow ridge 1x a day
minoxidil + biotin 0.5 mg on eyebrows 0.2 mg on eyelashes 1x a day
creatine 5g 1x a day
ipamorelin + cjc blend 0.25 mg 5x a week
mk 677 25 mg weekly
magnesium + zinc 210 mg 1x daily
p5p 100 mg 1x daily
omega-3 1g 1x daily
ashwaganda 600 mg 1x daily
(alot of people say volufilline is cope but ts genuinely caused one of my eyes to have more hooding than the other so I personally know it works because in my before pictures my eyes were perfectly symmetrical and I never had any hooding no matter the angle but im gonna try to correct it by only applying to the weaker side)
The most interesting part of this stack imo is the ipamorelin and cjc 1295, it hasnt arrived yet but I bought a 10 mg vial along with everything I need to inject it off peptide science and it comes soon. Id greatly appreciate it if anybody can inform me more about it
Facially - since the post from april , I haven’t missed a day of applying volufilline and minoxidil on my eye area and I have noticed eyelash growth and darkening of my eyebrows but its still very subtle at the moment and will likely become more prevalent and noticeable in 2-3 months at the current pace its at. From earlier, I personally think volufilline simply depends on if your a hyper responder and also what brand you get. It had pretty quick results for me and has progressively become more and more noticeable (i applied on my undereyes and brow where the skin tends to sag into the eyelid) and my eyebags are practically entirely gone and I have seen increase soft tissue in my brow the only issue is that its asymmetrical but atleast I have the confirmation it works.)
TL;DR: I been in the gym, doing skin care, jaw exercises (although very inconsistently) and im tapping into supplements and peptides and all my plates are still open
