ur an LTN no other way to say it, super long philitrum negative canthal tilt and narrow skull, lean out to expose the bone structure and go from there if ur still visibly narrow (prolly will be) u can look at zygo and gonial implants, ur lips are also fat and narrow so maybe get ur mouth widened a little bit so its more proportionate, short ramus but u can also have that lengthened, work maybe on having ur eyebrows lower set thru muscle training (its alr if theyre uneven cuz its easyish to fix thru more muslce training often happens to me whenever i try to get them set lower) otherwise i guess ur pretty tall for ur age so with a decent physique u can ascend, good luck
