On monoxidil for eyebrows, will prolly shave mustache, any ideas

I'm not good at giving conventional ratings.
But you're above average for a 15 year old dude imo (I go to a public school in Canada, and I'm speaking based on the 15 y/os I see there)

Train your neck until it's as wide as your jaw.

Grow the hair, maybe switch to a sulfate-free shampoo (shampoos with surfectants are pretty fuckin harsh on the hair n leave it lookin dry and flat).

Derma-stamping and minox for the brows is good.

Curl the lashes and look into frauding a better canthal tilt:
