not over good potential u just gotta lose weight and you're 15 u dont have bones yet so give it time

preciate it. i tried to put a realistic picture there to get honest ratings. i’m hopping on l carnitine and a deficit to lose weight plus cardio.

not over at all bro 15 is still pretty young to be maxxing but you definitely have some solid potential there
 
Defo not over ur 15 so we chilling, just focus on your diet, if your looks really bother you then hop on a deficit and losen up that wide face, that’s holding u back if not idk max bone growth, 1l milk everyday, at least 2000U.I. Vitamin D everyday maybe supp and about 150-200% of your daily Vitamin K RDI due to pesticides like oxalates in spinach, other good sources are green vegetables like bok choy and overall just green stuff but also as far as I know Kiwi which helps with Magnesium as well as Vitamin C and E as well - for Test you’re gonna be maximizing, obv Zinc and Magnesium at least 100% of your RDI mostly from Animal Products ( Zinc & Magnesium) or Nuts (Magnesium) and obviously Protein, 2g / Kg bw
