preciate the in depth tips. that was exactly what i was looking for.Defo not over ur 15 so we chilling, just focus on your diet, if your looks really bother you then hop on a deficit and losen up that wide face, that’s holding u back if not idk max bone growth, 1l milk everyday, at least 2000U.I. Vitamin D everyday maybe supp and about 150-200% of your daily Vitamin K RDI due to pesticides like oxalates in spinach, other good sources are green vegetables like bok choy and overall just green stuff but also as far as I know Kiwi which helps with Magnesium as well as Vitamin C and E as well - for Test you’re gonna be maximizing, obv Zinc and Magnesium at least 100% of your RDI mostly from Animal Products ( Zinc & Magnesium) or Nuts (Magnesium) and obviously Protein, 2g / Kg bw
