i’m pretty aware of how shit my genetics have been for me so far, but i wanna know what i’d be atm (pretty sure ltn), what i need to improve/how i can improve and whereabouts i could get to in terms of looks, height etc in a few years with effort. thanks

good shit bro dont lose hope your still young make sure to have correct tongue posture your maxilla is flat hope it develops a decent amount your ratios aren't too bad eyes too just make sure to have a good diet and sleep well good luck bossman

alright, both of those issues i’m already in the process of fixing and my tongue naturally rests at the roof of my mouth now, after a few years. thanks for the advice, though and for the goodluck 🙏🏽

Yeah so you're fat and have a flat maxilla. Lose weight, mew, get braces n shit and hope for the best. Facial bone growth peaks at your age and extends until 19-20 even if your limbs are done growing

yeah, i know my height is suicide tier, i know that better than most. but, surely there’s potential for me to grow, even though i have a “beard” (which i’ll take as a compliment? 😭), right?
with cutting, to reduce my bfp, which should also reduce my estrogen aromatase wtf stuff and with getting my nutrients and sleep right (which it hasn’t been for years), i should be able to grow a few extra inches, no?

They apply mechanical force on your jaw bones through pulling back the teeth. Since all forces in a static system must be balanced out, there is a force pulling on e.g. your maxilla, which the tooth is transferring on there.

my older brother is 5’9, though and my uncle (mum’s side) is 6’0. so, is there really no more hope of growing above let’s say 5’7? because, in all honesty that’s probably my worst fear - more than being ugly. and i know you’ll give it to me how it is, but is there really NO way i can atleast reach 5’9?

with my weight, i eat around 130g of protein everyday in my caloric deficit, so could i not still grow with that?

also, would being in a surplus outweigh the negatives of being in a deficit? even if that surplus isn’t necessarily full of nutrients?

1 hard mewing ( all the time)
2 fixing sleep
3 chewing hard gum (15 -20 min each side, )
4 chin tucks
5 high intensity workouts
6 sleeping on back or sleeping on both side equally
Thats it dont do stupid things like bone smashing or thumb pulling because they will do nothing but harm

Alright broski, for those that say it’s over it really isn’t, I was severally bloated at a low weight for my age back then and recessed asl although there’s definitely an improvement with your weight although that’ll take hella time but if you want to say fk it and completely go all out here are what I think would help.
Debloat x lose weight: for losing weight go on a extreme cal deficit while maintaining a high asf protein intake for example a pound of lean lean ground beef and half to a full dozen of eggs a day will put you at about 2500cals which in my opinion if you workout and reach 10-20k steps a day will definitely improve your weight and bloating, not only that but try to walk at least 10k everyday and hitt or sprint 2x a week aka sprinting in intervals til you reach a mile then increase when you think it’s appropriate.
To debloat I recommend pills such as potassium, green tea, dandelion extract, and then for other things maximize potassium and electrolytes balances with coconut water in the morning and at least a gal of water a day and then apply salt to at around two of your meals trying to hit the 800-1200mg ratio a day, then also hitt training 2x a week which can be applied more frequently in a weekly basis could definitely help. Also if available attempt to do ice baths and sauna work 3x to almost everyday in the morning if unable to use saunas try to do hybrid showers every day aka cold x hot repeat for how ever much you’d like.

Now for bones lol this might be a lot depending on how much I want to help but. Here we go, first of all your def recessed although losing fat and weight will dramatically assist and improve that, sleep or workout with a mouthguard it’s iffey but depending on the person when you SLEEP with it it’ll cause a certain jaw improvement aswell with forward growth but this depends although while working out when you have something you know you can clench hard on to you will be able to gain further strength and muscle on the maxilla and massater muscles further implementing a better blend and conditioning for your overall face with doing hitt workouts. so, i can go on an extreme cal deficit and still grow, granted i get enough protein and nutrients?

i play rugby, and we’re in preseason right now so a lot of running, so between that, cardio at the gym and 10k steps, that should be enough, right?

and can i just eat fruits high in potassium, or do i have to get pills because of dosage?

and for the mouthguard is it any type in specific, or just any mouthguard works?

i’ll probably dm you at some point, if i’m having any troubles with any of the advice i’ve gotten here, but otherwise i’d like to keep my real life and .org seperate ykwim 😭

some/most orthodontists use braces to pull the teeth backwards therefore recessing any foward growth. unless it was specifically requested to implant braces in a way where the back teeth are pulled foward, most likely, they are recessing you.
