Take daily organic Ashwagandha pills, maximises T minimises stress, no sides.

Blue light make you more alert but IT supress sleep hormone so you will have bad sleep
Dont eat 2 to 3 hours before bed
Blackout your room

Blast some peptides/HGH, specially if you enjoy playing basketball. Little else to do other than sportsmax and gymmax until you are done developing, maybe an AI for more height gains.
Softmaxes like a skincare routine, etc. would be ok.
