15 almost 16 HGH advice

Already found a pretty cheap source (Qingdao SC) and I'm looking to buy around 200 IU so enough for more then a month.

Is this source good and are there any other better sources and also should I take anything with HGH because right now Im planning to just take HGH and nothing else

I am pretty sure they got shut down. Their website isn't up anymore. Where are you buying from? Also i'd consider taking Berberine as it counteracts the main side effect of HGH.

main side is not decreased insulin sensitivty, but yeah he should take that plus an AI

carnivore is best. never hop off it. im on raw carnivore too (+dairy). its the most anabolic diet if you eat at the right times avoiding small meals (lowninsulin 24/7 is bad)

do a blood panel before starting then youll know for certain, you need an ai cause hgh increases aromatization so id assume youll still need it if your skinny unless your test is super low or you just dont aromatize much
